Ours began with a simple question:
What if the future of food was already growing in nature—but being ignored?

Journey

About Us

Born from Nature. Built on a Missed Opportunity.

Amazonika Mundi was born from a simple observation within the cashew ecosystem. While the nut became a global commodity, the fruit— rich in nutrients and fibre—was largely discarded as waste.

At the same time, modern diets were becoming increasingly unbalanced, lacking one of the most essential nutrients: fibre.

We saw not just a problem, but a possibility— to transform what was overlooked into something valuable.

We aim to reduce enviromental impact; main ingredient– Cashew fibre – super Innovation Project; We develop foods that support digestive health, enhance texture and satiety, and contribute to a more balanced diet.

From Brazil to India: A Shared Cashew Journey

Brazil and India together form two of the world’s most significant cashew ecosystems—historically connected, yet operating in silos. In the 16th century, cashews were introduced to India by Portuguese traders, who carried them from Brazil to Goa—laying the foundation of an industry that thrives today.

Centuries later, Amazonika Mundi, in collaboration with Leads Brand Connect (LBC), is reactivating this historic bridge—this time through science, technology, and market integration truly a Brazil–India Cashew Innovation Corridor.

This initiative goes beyond trade—it is about creating a fully integrated, future-ready cashew ecosystem, from farm to finished product, powered by innovation, sustainability, and global collaboration.

Why We Exist

To Close the Gap Between Nutrition and Sustainability

The global food system is solving for convenience and protein,
but missing balance, functionality, and resource efficiency. Amazonika Mundi exists to bridge that gap— by creating ingredients that improve human health while reducing environmental impact.

We believe better nutrition should not come at the cost of the planet.

How We Do it

Through Science, Sourcing, and System Thinking

We transform cashew fruit byproducts into high-quality dietary fibre using advanced processing and food technology.

Our approach combines:

Regenerative Partnerships

(With Local Farming Communities)

We collaborate closely with local and Indigenous communities to source responsibly and ethically.
These partnerships help restore ecosystems while creating sustainable economic opportunities.

02

Upcycled Sourcing

(Reducing Waste at Origin)

We transform overlooked agricultural by-products into high-value ingredients, minimizing waste at the source.
This approach extends the lifecycle of natural resources while supporting a more circular food system.

01

Functional Ingredient Design

(For Real Food Applications)

Our ingredients are developed to deliver real performance in texture, stability, and nutrition.
Designed for practical use, they integrate seamlessly into a wide range of food applications.

Our Mission

To inspire a new generation of conscious consumption through the richness of Brazilian biodiversity, creating clean, nourishing foods that delight the senses while regenerating the connection between people, nature, and the future of food.

We believe eating well should be an everyday experience; one that brings together flavor, nutrition, traceability, sustainability, and innovation in perfect balance. Through responsibly sourced ingredients and thoughtfully crafted products, we are transforming the way people connect with food by making choices that are better for the body, communities, and the planet.

Rooted in the biomes of Brazil and driven by purpose, we create nutrient-rich food experiences that honour the harmony between body, soul, and nature — shaping a more regenerative and sustainable future for generations to come.

Our Vision

To become a global reference for the new generation of food — rooted in Brazilian biodiversity, driven by clean innovation, and loved for its flavor, nutrition, and positive impact.

We envision a future where conscious eating is no longer a compromise, but a natural celebration of wellness, pleasure, traceability, and environmental regeneration. A future where food connects people more deeply to nature, communities, and the origins of what they consume.

Our ambition is to redefine everyday eating through nutrient-rich, sustainable foods crafted from the richness of Brazil’s biomes — creating memorable experiences that nourish the body, respect the planet, and inspire a more regenerative food system for generations to come.
